Cetatea de Sus (engleză: Highboro) este un sat în Adlibita. Oficial, satul avea două limbi oficiale: româna şi engleza, ci din cauza emigrării englezilor au rămas numai români în acest sat. Porecla satului este "The Versailles of Adlibita", datorită castelului.
Acest loc a fost pentru prima dată locuit în anul 1764, când au venit colonişti englezi. Până în mileniul trei, satul rămăsese englez, chiar dacă făcusese parte din Adlibita.
Actualul primar este SuperAndro. Cetatea de Sus a avut trei primari (SuperAndro, Alexandru şi DimiTalen). Ultimul menţionat este de origine libertaneană, şi el a încercat să-i ajute pe Highborenii să rămână englezi. Dar n-a reuşit şi totuşi a venit un român, SuperAndro la putere.
Cetatea de Sus a fost întotdeauna un loc iubit la companii engleze stabilite în Adlibita. Sau la alte companii (internaţionale), ca Pedrosoft. English Community Foundation este o companie locală, care lucrează la atracţiile turistice ale satului. Impreună cu guvernul Adlibitei, compania aceea a creat un website: www.highboro.adl.
